The Jivananda Centre for Wellbeing is a space where people seek refuge from the noise and bustle of everyday life. The building is the original Duikersfontein farmhouse, surrounded by 100 year old trees and lush natural gardens, providing a sense of peace and tranquility.
The 96 square metre studio, complete with large windows and Oregon pine floors, provides the perfect setting for Yoga and Chi Kung classes. As you enter the studio you feel your stress evaporate, whilst you embark on a journey of self discovery.
The therapy centre is housed in a separate building at the back of the property offering a wide range of holistic therapies, including Massage, Reflexology, Ayurvedic treatments and Body Alignment and Cleansing techniques.
Christine and Howard, founders of the Jivananda Centre, are dedicated to sharing their love and knowledge of yoga, creating a peaceful environment for students to grow and develop. |

Satsang held every 2nd Sunday of each month from 8.30 - 10.00 with a bring and share breakfast afterwards. It’s a gathering of like-minded people - we do a meditation, chanting and have a philosophy discussion. It’s informal and a wonderful way to start a Sunday.
